TORPEDO BAY, filmed aboard an actual U.S. submarine, is a Twilight Zone comedy of intrigue, in which a young Naval Lieutenant from the Navy Cost Systems Analysis program in San Diego, finds himself unexplainably trapped aboard a submarine captained by a half-crazed German commander who is constantly shooting torpedoes at some 'unseen' enemy. 'While this film is totally entertaining, it is also a springboard for stimulating discussion in many areas of human psychology and the verbal arts.'
